Patrick Sullivan is a Navy veteran with over 50 years of professional experience in both the public and private sectors. He holds a BA in History/Political Science, a Master of Public Administration, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Public Administration. Sullivan has taught at two universities for over 12 years and has been a consultant in organizational behavior since 1987. He is also the author of Rational Gridlock, published under his previous name, Patrick B. Edgar.
Patrick is the father of two, grandfather of seven, and great-grandfather of two, and lives in Montana.
