The challenges are based on Sarano and Brooke Kelley’s bestselling book, The Game: Win Your Life in 90 Days and provides a proven process for creating and achieving New Year’s resolutions. To help participants track their progress a goal-structured application called “SPAR” will be used.
According to co-founder Brooke, “As someone who trained for the Olympics intensely, I relied on structure first and discipline second. So many people make the mistake of leading with self-discipline and not sticking to their goals.”
