New Home Builder Unveils Three Neighborhoods and New Home Gallery

SAN DIEGO, CA, September 24, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ — Tri Pointe Homes®, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, recently hosted a well-attended grand opening for its highly-anticipated Citro community in Fallbrook.

More than 200 eager house hunters packed the one-day event, hoping to be among the first to view the designer curated model homes in the newly unveiled Castello, Zutano and Meyer neighborhoods.

“We’ve been eager to debut this new home community,” said Tri Pointe Homes San Diego Division President Jimmy Ayala. “Citro is the culmination of more than 15 years of planning, design and community input. That attention to detail is evident in each home and we’re excited to finally be able to share our vision.”

Tri Pointe Homes brings a unique planning perspective to Citro’s approximately 390 acres. The community marries many diverse and unique elements to create a stunning union of modern new residences that draw inspiration from the area’s rich agricultural heritage.

In fact, Citro preserves approximately 235 acres (60% of the site) as open space, including roughly 50 acres of legacy avocado and citrus groves that will be maintained by a local farmer.

When completed, it is anticipated that Citro will offer 844 single-family and multi-family homes across six residential neighborhoods, a 10-acre community park, a 12.7-acre proposed school site, a number of residential amenities (including “The Spot” recreation center with a pool, spa, children’s wading pool, BBQs and community lounge), community gardens, an on-site farm stand, and 14 miles of trails.

The grand opening event gave interested buyers the opportunity to tour model homes in the Castello, Zutano and Meyer neighborhoods.

Castello is one of Citro’s four single-family neighborhoods. Starting in the low $600,000s, Castello offers three luxurious two-story floorplans between roughly 1,691 and 2,209 square feet and up to five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two-bay garage.

Zutano’s paired homes were designed for those who prioritize open living and a low maintenance lifestyle. Zutano’s duet-style homes are available in three floorplans that include up to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and a two-bay garage. Zutano residences range from approximately 1,461 to 1,668 square feet and are priced from the $500,000s.

Meyer is a collection of sophisticated condominiums available in four innovative designs. Homes start in the $400,000s and range from about 1,083 to 1,480 square feet. Meyer features up to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.

Interested buyers can tour Citro’s model homes by appointment scheduled through Tri Pointe Homes’ New Home Specialists or drop in during the community open house hours Saturdays and Sundays from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. to meet with a New Home Advisor. To learn more call 858-299-6404 or visit
